We stayed for a week in September 2025. The experience was quite good. The room was very clean, spacious, well-lit, and air-conditioned. Reception was always attentive. We asked for three extra pillows, and they were provided without any problems. The hotel is centrally located, and the parking is very secure. A special mention to the cleaning lady, who treated us very well and was very kind to provide us with everything we needed.

Central location, large and clean room. Breakfast in the hotel itself, separate payment, needs improvement, low quality/price ratio, deterioration of the overall rating. Free parking or street parking, next door, free.

We stayed for one night, a bit unexpectedly, this weekend from Saturday to Sunday. Everything was booked, and only the suite was left, which we paid 150 euros for. We were two adults and a child, for whom they gave us an extra bed. The room was really nice, spacious, and clean. I'm not giving it 5 stars because they gave us a standing fan at 8 p.m. when we called to reserve it. Besides the heat pump, which was absolutely useless, the room was like an oven. We showered and went to dinner, and they told us the room would be cooler when we returned. We returned at 1 a.m. and that room was a damn oven, especially for a child. The standing fan didn't provide enough heat for such a large room. We noticed when we returned from dinner that there was a phone, since there was no one at the reception desk. It took up to 10 calls to get an answer. They told us they would look into it, and in our opinion, the room was exactly the same as it was at the beginning. We had bought a bottle of water from the receptionist, Adrian, who was a wonderful and super attentive person. We left the bottle in the fridge until we returned from dinner. The fridge didn't work either, but the water heated up, of course. After paying that amount, I think everything I write should be in perfect condition. I'll always remember the hot night we spent in that room because sleeping became impossible. In fact, we woke up exhausted from the little sleep we got. It wasn't just us adults who were hot, it was the child, of course. In the morning, we mentioned it to the receptionist, with no reason other than that no one else would be able to spend the hot night we had. I suffer from migraines, and tonight they got completely worse. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were good, and the Jacuzzi tub was very good. Everything was fine and correct, nothing to complain about other than the terrifying heat we endured. Next time we'll come back and, of course, we'll reserve a room in advance, hoping for a better and cooler one. I would like to emphasize Adrian's excellent service, which was absolutely top-notch. He took care of us from the moment we called to reserve our place, to our arrival, to parking the car in the parking lot, and everything else.
