We arrived late at the hotel and were assisted by Adrián (reception), we couldn't be more grateful, we didn't have a reservation and he gave us a super spacious room, but congratulations to this great, friendly and efficient employee who even helped us park. the car, it's nice to meet people like that who help the elderly without asking for anything in return, I will definitely recommend this hotel for the attention received. Many thanks for everything.
We spent the night in this hotel, which although it has 3 stars could deserve one more. The staff was very friendly, we arrived late and they saved us the dinner we had booked from somewhere else. The rooms are very clean, to say the least, since if they are doubles, the beds would be separate. Because the furniture did not even allow the separation of these. Regarding the bathroom, it lacked hand soap and a bunch of extra paper never hurts. The breakfast buffet could be improved, the coffee was a little watery and there were more types of bread available, especially for celiacs or people who do have some type of intolerance.
The hotel is centrally located and is nice and clean. The receptionists were excellent, but the manager behaved terribly with us and yelled at us on the phone, accusing us of a breakage that we had not committed and he wanted to give us a bill for it. The owner apologized later, but when I return to the Cacabelos parties, I would rather sleep on the river beach on a towel than return to the hotel. I'm sorry for the employees, they are excellent, but I won't be coming back.
I had to come to León for work for a couple of days and a colleague recommended this hotel to me. Service and staff always attentive and friendly, including the manager who provided me with excellent treatment. Regarding the food, everything was pretty good. I recommend this hotel yes or yes to come for any occasion, whether for work or vacation.
