5 / 5 If you are a pilgrim you shoul stay here. It is a great alberque where you can feel like at home. Very well maintained with lovely owners. Lots of space, nice gardens, clean rooms and toilets. You can buy some snacks, pintos, drinks here as well. Highly recommend.
5 / 5 This is a newly remodeled delightfully clean Alburgue. They provide a great place to wash your laundry. Cool places to sit outside. Great food and prices. Cool interior in the heat. Easily my favorite so far. Don’t pass this one up.
5 / 5 Best albergue I’ve stayed at so far. I wished I had taken some photos!
It’s charming all over, modern, beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. You can tell that Isabel and Juan run this place with their heart and soul.
A true delight to have found and stayed at this gem!
4 / 5 A very nice hostel in the middle of nowhere with a lovely garden. There is nothing else to do in the small village. Normally I book single rooms but in this case, I had to take the dorm, as there was no availability. There were only 4 beds in the dorm and only 3 people in the room, so it wasn't too bad. Very nice and clean Ladies bathroom with shower. I didnt sleep so well, as I was cold at night as I did not bring a sleeping bag, just a silk sheet and the blankets were not really warm. At first, the hosts were both very friendly and welcomed me a first guest. Then more people came and it got busier.
Later I ordered a sandwich for lunch and then a coffee and some beer. Isabel, who was busy in the kitchen seemed irritated by me ordering and made a not very pleased face. I did not understand what I had done wrong, except stating in Spanish what I wanted. she seemed disturbed by me while doing her chores and when I asked a question was not helpful at all. This attitude unfortunately continued during the whole day and until dinner time. Maybe she had an off day as the other reviews stated her being very helpful and friendly. I found that her husband was much friendlier and always accomodating to the guests but this is just my personal experience. The dinner was very good value for 13 euros and was a really nice home-cooked meal. and we sat a bit longer at the table with a few people and were chatting. This also seems to have displeased Isabel, as she wanted to finish her shift, however, she never let us know that she needed to clear the table and wanted us to leave, but you could tell by her displeased face. It is a shame, as it is a really nice hostel and that kinda spoiled the experience a little bit. I would still recommend it if you stay in hostels usually.
5 / 5 By far the BEST albergue on my Camino. This place is super clean and comfortable. I had the best hot shower, sleep ok because the other two pilgrims weren’t so quiet, and great food, not too salty not too bland. The owners are one of the kindest people I have ever met. They’re so caring and really looked after their place and guests.
This place was like an oasis. Nothing in the small town, but the albergue had everything for you to relax and feel super super comfortable.
If you truly need a place to do nothing and relax, this is the place to be. They have their own garden with chairs and tables just to lounge. Their home is like a cozy sweet cottage. I’d probably spend a week there just to relax and do nothing.
Muchas gracias por todo
