Beds in the dormitories are one of the best on the Camino with proper linen covers for mattress and the pillow. Pilgrims dinner was very tasty with plenty of wine.
Wonderful hosts, the best so far on our Camino. Couldn't do more to help us if they tried. Stayed here last Camino and they have that lovely continuity of care. Zucchini soup to die for and the best pork loin hubby has had so far. Will stay again if ever in the area. Many, many thanks for making our stay so amazing. Highly recommend this great spot
The best albergue on the Camino so far in terms of the dormitory set up (we loved the "pods" with a curtain, made all the difference for a comfortable sleep at night), clean bathrooms, plenty of space to chill & relax in the sun. Most importantly, I would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful oweners who run this place: my partner got quite sick with an upset stomach the night before, they did everything they could to help us: from cancelling his pre-booked dinner without charging us for it, to offering a very tasty home remedy herbal infusion (straight from the garden!) that actually really helped him to feel better. We wanted to extend our stay, but they were booked out, so they helped with calling their contacts and finding us a room nearby even though no availability was showing online. In short: lovely, hard-working people who will make you feel at home. I also enjoyed the local Castillan soup for dinner and the general vibe at the bar. Thank you for all your help, Maricarmen & Fernando.
I did not stay here, but did enjoy a nice beer and lunch. It is a local hangout for the locals, so it has a wonderful ambience. It is open when so many other places in this village are closed. Great and friendly service by the owners. Reasonable prices.
Private room. Owner and his family are a treat to be around. Rooms very comfy and with good showers. Mine overlooked the street which was nice. I was there when the hail storm hit 30/4/23. Unbelievable flash storm leaving houses and roads flooded. The street outside became a river.
