Nia has created a very unique and spiritual home and garden, surrounded with her loving energy. A wonderful place to rest, connect and enjoy Nia’s amazing vegetarian home cooked meals. Many pilgrims have a restday here and stay multiple nights and so did I. You can also take some time to visit the house of silence in the same street to complete your stay in Castrojeriz. Beautiful albergue with a peaceful atmosphere. Here you can rest and have your own space if you need some. Calm and relaxing. Had a nap in the lovely garden. The mediation session with a sharing circle was a loving experience. Felt meaningful to share, be present and hear other pilgrim’s stories and feelings. Loved my stay. Thank you ❤️

espacio interior is hard to define with words like “albergue” or “hostel” — because it is much more than a place to sleep. it is a quiet, soul-nourishing refuge created by artist and yogini nía, offering simple accommodation, a small art studio and a space for meditation and mindful connection. designed with exquisite attention to detail, it draws deep inspiration from japanese aesthetics and the philosophy of wabi-sabi — the art of finding beauty in imperfection, simplicity and nature. the albergue hosts no more than six people at a time, making the atmosphere calm, intimate and deeply personal. every evening at 6pm nía offers a voluntary group meditation session — open not only to guests but to anyone who feels called to join. the meditation is often followed by a sharing circle or a gentle blessing for pilgrims. the space together with nía invites presence. mindfulness and grace. everything — from the design to the rhythm of the evening — invites you to slow down, breathe deeper and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. even the meals are part of the experience: nía prepares a delicious vegan dinner, which felt like such a treat in the zen garden after days of mostly bread and coffee on the camino 😄🌱 espacio interior is a place of silence, meditation, soft landing on the often intense and windy trail of the meseta. it offers pilgrims an opportunity to go inward, to reflect and to simply be. for me it was one of the most unique and memorable stays along the camino — a real highlight 🧘‍♀️ so much gratitude for this special encounter and for all the unexpected gifts the camino continues to bring. sometimes it’s a view. sometimes it’s a person. sometimes it’s a space like this — that speaks to your soul in a language beyond words.

I will never forget the memories here. It was the best rest for my body, heart, and soul since the beginning of my Camino. Thank you, Dana and Cuxo, for the warm care. I appreciate that along the way, there is a place like this that allows me to open up, embrace, reflect and appreciate. Then the connections remain in everyone's soul, and we say goodbye, carrying practicals from other people and keep moving along our way. We are all the same. ❤️ 谢谢你们

One of the most wonderful hostels on my Camino 2025♥️ Nia is a loving person and has created a wonderful realm for herself. I will never forget the mediation, the food, the furnishings, the special oils and creams I'm still annoyed that I didn't stay longer. Thank you Nia😘
