Hostal Restaurante Iacobus

The establishment is open but the staff very unfriendly, uncooperative, having hard time to say that the restaurant is not operational, and not sure when and if it will it open. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR KEEP WALKING TO ANOTHER, BETTER PLACE. AVOID IT. After reading the answer from the manager I need to add; My rating of the establishment was complete truth and based on MY EXPERIENCE THAT DAY. Yes, the restaurant is obviously popular among the locals, it might be open all day, even the internet says it is opened, but the personell was very bad mannered. I can accept that the kitchen is not working, but there are different ways of telling that to a customer. The way I was told at your restaurant is THE WRONG WAY. Talk to your staff. IT IS MY OPINNION, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

To be here it was one of the best experiences food wise. Ana who run that place with her partner accommodated us on the best way possible. What we find here is that everyone was satisfied and had attention from them.The room was clean and comfortable. This place must be visited.Food is fresh and delicious, try please Anna’s Cream Caramel or call Flan de hoevo made by Anna herself.All staff is friendly .

After a long 40km walk on the camino, I needed food and rest. Soraya was very attentive. She made booking a room and ordering food so quick and easy. She guided me through the menu and made recommendations I enjoyed. She was busy with other customers throughout the night, but never let her cheerful attitude show. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.

An unexpected nice surprise in the middle of “El Camilo hasta Compostela” Delicious and very generous meals with an outstanding service provided by Sophia and Ana!!! Great atmosphere, nice outdoor area, pet friendly, etc etc - everything that you looking for in El Camino Thanks for your hospitality!!!

The chips were great. Nice n crunchy on outside, soft inside.
