I spend my best night on the Camino in this quality place. Reminiscent of a home, so beautiful is the interior with quiet rooms, calming lounge, and incredible library. I'd like to stay a little longer.
Nice enough central location but no onsite catering or staff so you have to go to the sister location down the road for food. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 and with locked gates you can’t even get a cup of coffee The hotel and our room were clean and well presented even if the bedroom is very dated. No shower curtain in the bathroom so you could have a shower without flooding the bathroom. The food offering at the sister restaurant was OK but no real vegetarian options so we ate what we could but otherwise just a poor level of service when we have all along said we were vegetarian. Wouldn’t stay here again for food and the lack of service at the hotel doesn’t make me want to stay at the hotel either
Right on the Camino, Oscar knows how to run the place! La Posada is clean, comfortable and fairly quiet considering how many rooms are booked. Dinner was included with the room and served at El Meson, excellent options and tasty! We enjoyed our one night in Castrojeriz on the Camino de Santiago.
I ambled into hotel A thinking I was in hotel B. The luck of the Camino brought me to Oscar at La Posada Landelino Tardajos 5. What a gem! Beauiful well appointed rooms, spacious south facing and the bistro a kip and a whistle away has a menu you would expect in 4**** . nd part of the hotel. No English was spoken no need you know full well when the feeling is genuine. I DID'NT WALK INTO THE WRONG PLACE I LUCKED INTO THE CORRECT HOTEL. BUENO CAMINO
Excellent hotel in an old town house around a covered court yard. Checked in at the associated bar, El jardin, down the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
