Amazing facilities and garden / grounds with especially outstanding staff. Maria in reception is a living saint and Jose who runs the bar / restaurant is a master of everything, professional … and fun!
A very lovely place and very nice service. I cannot talk about the room, as we only stoped for a little food break on our way to Santiago. The food we go tasted great and the presentation was very well done. The coffees were (in my opinion) very well done, none of that overall bitter or burnt, while not being too watered down by the milk. The cake we had looked dense, while in fact was fluffy which was a delight.
Conveniently located on the Camino de Santiago. The room was nice and clean, service very attentive, but did not allow early check-in. Food was mediocre.
My experience was great and I would certainly recommend this hotel. However one of the rooms did have a plumbing issue early in the morning and only the chef was working. The gardens are lovely and the food is delicious. Such kind people and perfect for the Camino
Only stopped for a drink but it seemed like a cool little place.
