We were very satisfied with the room considering price and quality. It is a vintage old german style a bit and ot has funny smell at the beginning, but hey 40€ is 40€:-). Room is clean and spacious, lady is nice and helped us find a place to keep bicycles. For me biggest disadvantage was noises from the street in the morning.
The rooms are a bit dated but still bright and comfortable - it felt like a cottage. I slept well there and the hosts were very kind. The location is a bit in the middle of two villages so there’s not much to do around there, but within a 6.5 km walk you will find the castle of Pambre.
Nice clean dubble room with bath. (40euro) The meny with soup and chicken strawberries as desert, was realy good. With one bottle of wine and water 20 euro. Personal warm and very friendly
No breakfast before 10 AM. 9pm no one was there. Rooms are average at best. Considering the price I would have expected better.
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. If you do not reserve through Booking, they only accept payment in cash or Bizum. Duvets with long-standing stains. The sheets were clean. The price of the rooms is cheap but it does not compensate for all the other basic shortcomings.
