i stayed here on the 9th of november 2024 and there were no bed bugs. its donativo. breakfeast is included. very comfortable to stay in. hot water. very accomadating hospitalaro

Very hospitable and hot showers, but they've got to solve the bed bug problem ASAP. I got several bites.
Really disappointed ☹️ ... sorry to say that 1. Is not donativo - 5 EURO per person when checking-in, 2. BED BUGS !!! 😵🪲 Everyone waked up, one by one, around midnight because of lots of bed bugs. We decided to leave before morning. Bugs aren't there from today. They tried to fight them with use of homemade tricks (we spotted afterwards..) but that didn't work. 0 information about that and that's the worst... Needs desinfection. ---- EDIT: They still open and do nothing about bed bugs. Spreading them on the Camino.
DO NOT STAY HERE. We saw a review saying there were be bugs, so we asked the hospitalero. Not only did he say there were no beg bugs, he got angry at us for asking and told us it was insulting and we could stay elsewhere if we wanted. He said "would it be open if there were bed bugs??" Later in the evening a pilgrim found bed bugs! She also said that it was clear that he had tried to prevent them using powder. So it seems he lied to us. At least he gave us our €5 back...
