**Casa Rural La Rosa del Agua: A Cozy Stay (Just Watch Your Head!)** If you're looking for a charming, peaceful retreat in the countryside, Casa Rural La Rosa del Agua has you covered—unless you're over six feet tall, in which case the *beams* might literally have you covered too! The building is beautiful, old, and packed with character, which includes some low-hanging architectural “features” that might give you an impromptu forehead massage if you're not careful. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting, perfect for a great night's sleep. And trust me, I slept like a baby—no, really, I did. Probably because it's so quiet here, you can hear yourself blink. The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. They genuinely care about your comfort...and hopefully about your head safety. In short: an amazing stay! Just duck if you're on the taller side.

La Rosa del Agua is the great stop for hungry pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. Their soup is so good, it's like a warm hug in a bowl—perfect for soothing tired feet and filling up hungry bellies. Not cheap but worth it! The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, making it feel like you're crashing a friend's kitchen (but in a good way). Whether you're there for a quick refuel or a leisurely meal, La Rosa del Agua is a must-stop spot for some serious Camino satisfaction.

Day 31 walking and our stay here was our favorite stay so far! The room was charming and had everything we needed. No detail was overlooked!! These owners are friendly, kind and generous! Breakfast was wonderful with delicious rye bread. Try their carrot cake with coffee!!! This was our best nights sleep - started late because the bed was so comfortable. This home is historical and is artfully and tastefully renovated!! A jewel of a spot too which will leave you daydreaming of moving to this special Spanish village.

I loved my stay here. I was so grateful for the cosy warm space, heated bedroom, hot shower and warm welcome after a cold wet day on the Camino. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The view from my room was so beautiful. Natural shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the best sleep I have had on the Camino. I was offered homemade vegetable soup and empanadas. The complimentary breakfast included delicious home baked bread and oranges for freshly squeezed juice.
