Awful! The room we booked through Booking.com was not the room we were given. We were put in a small, cramped attic room, no ensuite, the bathroom was next door in the communal hallway. There was no terrace or balcony either which we were promised in our reservation. The only thing that matched our redervation were the fouble bed & sofa bed other than that the room was nothing like what we reserved & paid for. The main light didn't work, there were two sockets in the room, one hanging off the wall which we had to use for light, a fairly dim bedside light, the other had an extension lead into which was plugged the tv & fan. The kettle had to be brought over to the extension lead to plug it in, on the floor! My husband used the extension lead once and received an electric shock so we were down to one, hanging off the wall socket. Highly dangerous. Avoid, this ruined our visit to Pamplona.
Located in a villa in an exclusive area on the outskirts of Pamplona, in Gorraiz. The room is luxurious and the bathroom is fully equipped. It has a balcony overlooking a park, the golf course, and the castle. Piedad's hospitality is outstanding! The room includes a kettle with cups and tea bags for when you need them. Everything is decorated with exquisite taste.
Piedad was very nice, and the room was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet.
