This was a lovely stay on my Camino. Large and clean and it felt very cozy. Andres was a great host! I would come back and recommend to future pilgrims looking to split the climb into two parts.
We arrived early and the hosts weren't quite ready for us. They made us tea and muffins and had us warm ourselves in the chapel. One of my favorite albergues on the Camino. Clean and wonderful.
One of the best places I've stayed during the Camino. Beautiful property and building..very helpful volunteers. The cold water pond outside was great too.big room with comfortable beds and clean facilities. Highly recommend staying here!
Great Albergue with amazing hospitaleros. It is situated in a wonderful place in the forest, is very clean and super well arranged. The price/quality ratio really good.
5/5 star. The property is perfectly situated to make the climb feel less stressful being a break in between. All facilities were clean and well maintained. Warm showers after a cold walk in the mountain and even heating during the night so everyone is comfortable on those very cold nights. Both Kurt and Jo are fantastic hospitaleros and so kind! I injured my foot quite bad meaning I was unable to finish my climb and need a couple of days rest. Both Kurt and Jo offered for me to stay a little longer or help me get to the bus station when needed. This place is an absolute gem and I am very glad I stopped here along the way!
