I desperately needed a rest day. And I mean REST, not trekking around Leon all day. So I walked only about 5km out of Leon and stumbled upon this place. I cannot say enough good about this place. It was just the respite that I needed. The hosts were welcoming and kind. A well stocked grocery was near by and we cooked a nice shared meal. Facilities were clean and tidy. It is off the beaten path so I had the privilege of meeting some off beat amazing pilgrims. I highly recommend staying here. I bought a dozen eggs at the shop and boiled them and set them out for my fellow pilgrims in the morning. It was much appreciated by all. If you stay here, do this. I promise it will bring you joy.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. A lovely pilgrim hostel with volunteer hospitaleros who looked after us so well. Modern and clean with everything you need. Highly recommend stopping here :-) xxx
Very clean & quiet. The bathrooms are wonderfully large, & I really liked the big kitchen/dining/library/lounge. There's an outlet & private cupboard with lock by every bed. Big grassy area in front. There's no bars or shops close by, but they're not terribly far to walk to.
Very clean, I loved the place. Bathroom is one of the better bathrooms that I found on the camino. Just a few Kilometers out side of Leon. If you can make it here, It is a great place to stay. Free WIFI No restaurnt/bar on site. In cluded are Vending machines and a great library. I laid in the lawn out front.
Clean and very comfortable albergue for pilgrims. Large and modern day-room. Kitchen with fridge. Free Wifi. No included restaurant.
