5 / 5 Strange but it works. You do not meet anyone it is all done over a screen. The prepayment e .ail was at best confusing and needs simplifying.. rooms good value and clean. You are over a bar...have good ear plugs and all.is good....what place in any Spanish town on a Friday and Saturday night is quiet.
2 / 5 A quiet hostel with a good price and a clean, full bathroom.
Not bad for one night.
We made the mistake of booking almost the entire week, and we knew there was only a standing fan and no air conditioning.
Our room was so small that, combined with the extreme heat of the days we were in, and the lack of ventilation through the single window overlooking a tiny, enclosed courtyard, the daylight hours were unbearable.
The nights felt very long; you fall asleep when your body can't stand being awake anymore.
Our beds didn't have mattresses; they were like thick sponges you sink into, and depending on your position, you have to change them in minutes or risk bone or muscle pain.
Since we didn't have any other space, due to the small size of the room, we sometimes snacked while sitting on the beds.
Every day, when they make the beds, they straighten the sheets, but the remains, the crumbs, were still there the next night.
There were a few other guests in other rooms, and the truth is that the staff was respectful, quiet, and polite. We slept poorly and poorly, but there were no disturbing noises.
1 / 5 The worst night of my life. I know it's summer and it's hot, but the heat on the second floor was so extreme that even with a fan, I couldn't rest.
Plus, the room smelled like tobacco, and the bed made a lot of noise every time you moved.
1 / 5 In 25 years I've never stayed in a hostel, but in the middle of August, with no air conditioning, they put in two fans that didn't blow any air, leaving me sweating all night and unable to sleep. Then the bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable, and finally, they crammed another bed into a small room meant for two people. It was a nightmare, and thank goodness it was only for one night.
3 / 5 We spent three weeks at this hotel for work. It's okay, but not suitable for long stays as the rooms are small and not equipped for them.
The service was good; the owner, seeing that we were going to be there for several weeks, brought us a larger table to use as a pantry and offered us a microwave. It needs a refrigerator, a coffee maker, more chairs, and some armchairs... to accommodate such long stays.
The bed is comfortable, and we were warm, as the heating was on and there was a duvet and several blankets. It's true that it's been hot in León these past few days, and the windows don't close completely.
The location is good, about 15-20 minutes from León by car, and the area has several good bars nearby.
Overall, it's fine if you're staying for two or three nights.
The service was friendly.
