The owner is incompetent. I've been requesting a reservation since September, and two weeks before the event, she tells me my arrival time is too late (9:00 PM) because she's taking the AVE high-speed train. (She didn't know what excuse to give me.)
We arrived at this hotel in the middle of Holy Week in León, and honestly, finding something available was a miracle. We weren't convinced, but "it was what it was," and the noise reviews, even with a baby in our case, made us shudder. But honestly, we were very comfortable; the noise wasn't that bad. Yes, we could hear the neighbors, but nothing out of the ordinary. The rooms were clean and had all the basics. And that's what matters. Those who want luxury should pay more 🤣🙋🏼♀️. The area is super quiet. If I were to stay in León again, I would come back here.
If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you. However, the rooms are perfectly adequate, the beds are very comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the owner is a wonderful person. Due to a personal matter, I requested a room change once I arrived, and she immediately arranged for me to find one more suitable to my situation. The only drawback? The usual one: the shower pressure, like in all hotels, hostels, and guesthouses. I would definitely return.
