Situated at the top of a long hill along the Camino Frances, the staff ensured we knew where everything necessary was. Bathrooms are shared between dorm and private rooms. Laundry service is available to do yourself manually at the sinks or by the staff at the machines. Food well prepared and priced on average.

Carlos, the volunteer here, the lentil soup, the all women's bunk room with private room, and i hear the restaurant's other food are the best parts of this hostal. Carlos has such a sweet, bright, kind energy, and the soup was hearty, absolutely delicious, and warm. Highly recommend a stop or a stay.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here while on the Camino. The food and rooms and staff were all incredible. Carlos was especially great and is amazing at handling all the different foreigners (including us.) We are so happy we stayed here

Set right on the town square of O Cebreiro it is great for drinks when you finish that stage of the camino. Had drinks there again on the evening. Can't comment on rooms nor food because we stayed somewhere else in the village

Stopped for a beer on the way to O Cebreiro...good service, friendly, ice cold beer, lovely patio, great views, quaint village, bleating farm animals, sweaty, thirsty Austrian friends...what more could you want on this Earth? Note we did not stay at the Albergue, but friends did and enjoyed it.
