Outspoken friendly receptionist! Very calm and relaxed place to stay. Most comfortable beds on my whole Camino with specially great pillows. Sadly no coffee or breakfast in the morning!
The prettiest, cleanest albergue we stayed at on our Camino. I loved the privacy curtains on each bunk, and the individual power source and lamp. I also loved getting to see the lambs in the backyard! We were treated very kindly by the lady there and she was very helpful with our laundry.
This albergue is GORGEOUS!!! The rustic contemporary design mix is exceptionally well done lending a bright, open and airy, yet warm aesthetic and comfort to the stay experience. Showers were beautiful and clean with plenty of privacy and hot water. The living area and kitchen were comfortable with all the necessary utilities. It overlooks a beautiful garden area. This was my favorite albergue of the entire Camino and a short distance to food choices and supermarket. Thanks for such a welcoming stay!
If you want a modern Hostel, this is a good one. If you want a nice owner at the reception and a good atmosphere: Don't go there. She has Strange rules (Like "No Phone on the eating desk") , Looks around everywhere and has rigid and Strange rules. That isn't an atmosphere of welcome. Even if soke Rules perhaps makes some sense, Most don't. Probably she's personal problems. But there's no Camino spirit in there.
Maria is the best host. This place is where we are headed again on 9-25-24. The place is clean. There is laundry and you get an awesome walk into Santiago the next morning.
