If you ever stop at this place you will find the love of God here and your purpose in life. I was there on November 9th 2024 and I will never forget the love of the people I met here and what Jesus christ did in our hearts that week.
One of the best albergues I stayed in on the Camino. It is all donation and is run by a Christian group. Each week there is a different group of volunteers staffing it. Very few beds, so you need to arrive early! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The true Camino spirit. Optional film about Saint James, communal dinner cooked by the volunteers (DELICIOUS), and reflective activity led after dinner. Truly impactful, I recommend participating in everything. Breakfast and heartfelt goodbyes in the morning!
Great albergue to stay in Ligonde. Very rural, and no WiFi, but the volunteers running the place were incredible and the meal they made for us was fantastic! Truly a unique experience from other hostels along the Camino
This place is full of energy and God, people here are sooooo nice to you❤️. The best alberque on camino!
