The facilities for the price were the worst in Camino. 1. It is located 800m off the Camino route in the opposite direction. For pilgrims to use it, they must walk more than 1.6km for stay. 2. Even though the shower booth is unisex, there is no door in the shower booth and it is only a shower curtain, which is a huge inconvenience. The shower is touch-type, so you have to press it often, but the booth is too small, so you can't avoid pouring cold water at first, and warm water came out, but it didn't take long for even that to come out cold water. 3. There are about 30 beds in one room, so the noise is no joke, and there is no personal light, and there is only entire light. 4. The diningroom has a table and a refrigerator in a very small room, but it's too small to eat. It's already full with only 4 to 5 people, so it's hard to use.
Very modern albergue, the only down side is that it is tooooo far away from the cathedral, don’t live here if you’re already exhausted.
Very friendly, flexible and helpful owner. Room is great, mattrasses very comfortable. Showers are fine and plenty of space to hang your washed clothes outside in the sun. Well worth the 5 euro extra compared to the municipal albergue in Logroño!
