This is the thinnest hotel wall. You can hear everything. I was so tired and needed a rest. But from the room above you could hear everything, from walking. Laughing, talking. Even going to the bathroom, flushing, taking a shower and vomiting late at night. The doors and walls are thinner than cardboard.

As a Camino walker, I deliberately chose this hotel instead of a shared albergue because I was exhausted and wanted a private, quiet room to rest. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The guests in the next room spent four hours watching TV at maximum volume, shouting to each other and singing. This was far beyond normal noise – my partner, while speaking to me on the phone, could clearly hear their voices. When I called the reception, I was told they only speak Spanish. Later, when my partner called, instead of warning the noisy guests, the staff offered to move me to another room. This meant I had to repack all my belongings and waste my resting time relocating – completely unacceptable. The most concerning part was when I suggested creating at least a “quiet floor” for resting guests, the receptionist replied: “This is Spain, here everyone can do whatever they want until 10 p.m.” Such a statement is not only unprofessional but also reflects a careless, almost discriminatory mindset. Confusing hospitality with nationalism is shocking in a hotel business. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values rest, respect, and basic customer service!

No refrigerator. They didn’t turn on the air-conditioning and it was quite warm so we had to sleep with the window open. Front desk did not speak English and does not understand when you ask for a room number in English. impossible to communicate with the front. Nice breakfast buffet steps to the rooms have no lighting.

Very conveniently located hotel, right in the middle of Logroño and within a 10-minute walk of the train and bus station. Rooms were pretty nice and relatively updated - nothing special but solid for the price. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I paid for the hotel using credit card points and we had a small misunderstanding when the front desk staff tried to charge me twice for the room during check out, but they were very understanding and we got it sorted out. They were tracking reservations and payments using a paper print-out which I think led to some confusion. I’d stay here again, especially considering the price.

Stayed here while walking the Camino. It’s located in the new city centre and is 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable and is oposite a pleasant park.
