Great hotel for a two night stay in Logroño - location is amazing. The rooms were nice (though the beds were a bit on the springy side). The front desk staff were helpful and even though we had a miscommunication about luggage storage they really helped us and found a solution for storing our bike bag. We were heading off on a cycle tour of the area and they even have bike parking in their parkade and space to assemble our bikes. This was really helpful for us.
Room was just what we needed; AMAZING location! Parking garage is small, but hotel staff helps each time you need to leave. Cafe made great coffee!
The location was by far the best aspect of this hotel. It is within close walking distance of the main sights in Logroño. There is also opportunity to walk alongside the river nearby with a long park/gardens. However, the services of the hotel could be improved. The restaurant is only open I think Mon-Thurs 8pm-11pm. There is no bar despite a seating area in the lobby. The room was sufficient but could have been cleaner. We had a view to the street opposite which was very close, so we did not feel comfortable with the curtains or windows open as you had no privacy. Other rooms may have had better views of the bridge. We also found the room to be quite noisy, you could hear neighbouring rooms and traffic with windows closed. We did not find the staff particularly friendly (all the friendly staff seemed to appear on our final day and we had not seen them before). I would recommend purely for location, but other hotels may offer a better service in terms of outside space and bar area. They do offer luggage storage, which was a bonus.
Location Location and location. Cafeteria vs dinning hours a bit odd in the hotel. 5 minutes to TAPA alley.
everything is fine. A little difficulty having an item forwarded from another location- and they refused to pay for it via courier - and me pay then back when i arrived. I have stayed here a few times — as i am in Logrono often. Everyone at the front desk is very professional. If they had a pool and room service the place would be 5 stars. The location is perfect, the rooms are enormous - the windows open fully to the street - to get air- the room can be closed with a door with a hallway that goes to the main door or to the bathroom separately down the hall inside your room. At least 117 was like that. Exceptionally clean all over!
