Pensión La Bilbaina

Very good location, rooms are ok, nothing special but good value for money. We booked 2 nights. First morning a guy from room next to ours, started playing very loud, at 05h in the morning, some Islamic/Muslim music or prayer. Walls are so thin so you can hear everything. No sleep. After him, some Afro guys came into the same room and started yelling, screaming, fighting very loud, actually, behaving like savages not giving you any chance to have a rest. Unbelievable... A receptionist, after we complained, came and warned them but with no success. Two horrible nights in this Pension/Hotel.

This is definitely a five star albergue. The room was nice and well laid out. The bathrooms were clean and everything worked correctly. The location was perfect for a night out with in the bars. There was fresh bedding and towels, including duvets. There was even an oscillating fan. Staff was busy, but very accommodating. Highly recommend.

I wont give them any stars if there is an option of no stars. We had make reservations and confirmed with all the emails, for 4 rooms, 5 people, for 2 nights. and they just didn’t reserved anything for us. Not enough rooms, and even just one night not 2 nights as we reserved. And they were not planning to solve the problem at all. I think they overbooked, so be careful if you want to stay with them, you may have chance to spend the night on the street. Luckily we find somewhere around otherwise we have to stay on the street!!

Great little place very close to the busiest foody streets. Only complaint is that the staff are a bit noisy in the mornings when the hangover is most keenly felt. Rings clean and cheap.

Simple, cheap, clean room with a small balcony smack in the center of town. Very friendly and helpful staff, very affordable and quick laundry service.
