We stay 1 night, passing through camino de santiago. Room and bathroom super clean right in the center and easy to find after walk so many kilometers. 4 stars for 2 reasons the small old fridge and old microwave in the room makes crowded and really not a good view and also because the mattress. We book a duble room for me and my husband and the mattress has a strange shape. We really encourage the owner to try to sleep on room numer 3, we think is time to change the mattress.
Before booking, I read some of their bad reviews here on Google. I decided to book anyhow. Please, do not make the same mistake ! The owners are the rudest I have ever seen - and I travel a lot for work. I repeatedly tried to contact them on the phone and emails 15 days before my stay. I have never received a reply. They don't even answer the phone. The day of your stay, you are simply sent a WhatsApp message with instructions on how to get in and I agree with one of the review I read here - it is complicated. When I tried to WhatsApp them, they told me off and blocked me. Please do not give any money to this tourist trap. There are much more friendly and professional hotels or room rentals around La Rioja !
