Príncipe de Vergara Rooms Logroño

The worst experience i have ever had. I booked thought booking but for emergency reasons I had to cancel my reservation. I was perfectly in time for the cancellation without penalty, I did the request trough booking in the regular way. Then to be sure that they received the request, I also contacted the hotel. They have been really rude and they told me that they were not responsible of any cancellation. So I contacted booking ( the operator was very kind ) and they called the hotel. The operator was treated in a bad way and was told that the receptionist do not speak English ( was not true cause with me they were speaking in English !) So booking contacted them speaking in spanish but at the end the hotel still refused to do the cancellation. I did everything on time ( my money were not even yet deducted by the credit card when I asked for the cancellation) and I was not expecting that such luxury hotel could behave in this way. I totally do not recommend you to stay with them, there are so many better options!!

Perfect location and very pleasant decoration. The room had everything we wanted and the bed was very comfortable.

This was our second visit to Príncipe de Vergara Rooms Logroño with my partner, and the experience was excellent. The best thing about this accommodation is its location, just a few blocks from the famous Calle Laurel. The rooms were spotless, clean, and tidy, which is a pleasure. The check-in process was very simple and quick. I would also like to highlight the service, as every time we needed to contact the staff, they always treated us very cordially. We will definitely come back.

We travel a lot for work and stayed at this hotel for the first time. We were delighted; it's very centrally located (you can see Laurel Street from the balcony) in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet. The service was excellent; they answered any questions we had immediately. We had a minor issue with the room access screen, but they resolved it very quickly. We will definitely return.

I stayed this weekend with my partner and six friends for St. Matthew's Day. The rooms were very comfortable, everything was new, and very tasteful. The bed was large and comfortable. It was just a minute away from Laurel Street, and you couldn't hear a sound during the party. The service was top-notch, both before we arrived and during our stay. Thank you very much. We'll be back next year. Highly recommended.
