Good location, rooms are clean with relatively modern bathrooms. The woman at reception was welcoming and friendly. However, the rooms are very basic, beds are not comfortable. Our view was a grey wall. We travelled with our pet, and it was nice that they provided a bed and bowls for him. Note if you travel with pets: most restaurants in Logroño do not accept pets. We found a great one (la tavina) after searching for a long time. The hotel does not allow you to leave your pet in the room, so you're quite restricted for dinner options. I'd suggest the hotel to keep a list of pet friendly dining options so future guests travelling with pets can more easily navigate meal times in the city.
walked the Camino de Santiago in September 2025. I stayed in hotel Sercotel Portales for one night which included breakfast . Unfortanately i arrived at 1100 hours and check in was after 1400 hours but the receptionist was very nice and took my suit case into storage which allowed me to explore Logroño City centre. The hotel has a lovely modern design and is close to the city centre.. The hotel room was nicely decorated and quite large . The buffet breakfast was very extensive with a great selection of fruit, pastries, cold meats and toast along with coffee. I would return for another visit to the hotel when i am in Logroño again. Super friendly reception, arrived at 11am just to leave our luggage pending check-in later, told us we're welcome to use toilet, and could call taxi if we need it. Bedroom excellent, big, bigger than 4star I stayed previous night. Excellent hotel,
Nothing special, could be a hotel room anywhere in the Western World. Quiet. I developed a strong dislike for the parking garage. Awkward access, very tight spaces and expensive. Parking in the nearby public car park is a better option
It was located in the old town, and it was convenient for sightseeing and shopping nearby. The person at the front desk was very kind. I stayed for my son's tournament, so there was a bus transfer to the venue, but he carefully taught me how to get on. I'm very grateful that I couldn't speak Spanish. The room was clean and comfortable, thank you very much.
