Great place, offering Dinner and breakfast. Rooms are nice to you get a good blanket so that you don't have to sleep in a sleeping sack. I even got some vine. Only thing that was lacking was meat for dinner, i only got one sausage and a soup but it's better than nothing. Price is reasonable 30 euro for night+ dinner + breakfast.

Very cozy alberge with friendly staff. Behind a private room with two single beds and it was very nice and clean and spacious. They will do your laundry for extra fee. You can also get dinner and breakfast for extra fee but I would say neither were great for the money we paid.

Fine stay I had a double room with bathroom on the third floor. The room was spacious but in need of cleaning and renovation to validate the price - £50 per night. Communal dinner for additional £10 - tasty Good location and quiet at night

Everything was perfect! The owner really cares of everything and everyone. He came to tell us that the storm is nearby and he closed all of the windows to protect pilgrims and their stuff. Every room is perfectly clean, included bathroom. The dinner was delicious and full of fiber, proteins and vitamins. Breakfast was also very good with home made cake. I highly recommend this place!

This has been my absolute favourite albergue on the Camino so far (hopefully the bizarrely negative reviews below will put off those walking the Camino with the wrong attitude!). José is a wonderful host who works hard to make every pilgrim’s experience very special. For example, I am a fit woman in my 30s and he asked whether I was willing to sleep on the top bunk because he knew the guests arriving later were older and might struggle climbing up the ladder. How thoughtful! This is what the spirit of the Camino is about and I am more than happy to be part of this collective kindness. I see a lot of guests arriving to receive, why don’t we start to think about how we can give as part of our Camino experience? José shared a beautiful 3-course meal with wine for the very modest contribution of €10, a special lentil & chorizo recipe that his “abuela” used to cook for the family. This was a great opportunity to get to know my fellow guests better and as a result I’ve made new friends for life. We then followed José’s recommendation to head down to a special mass in the cathedral (a 2 min walk because of this hostel’s amazing location) which was a wonderful experience - followed by moscato & biscuits with the local congregation in the cloisters! Need I go on? Breakfast was also provided including great coffee and homemade cake. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were perfectly comfortable and the location was fabulous right in the heart of the old town. Thank you to you and your family José for creating such a special experience for us along the Camino. May you be blessed with guests who arrive with humility, gratitude and a desire to make your experience as host a pleasant one!
