Got a twin room. Was clean, had operable windows but the heater was difficult to control. Washroom was nice. Breakfast was also well stocked compared to other places I've stayed on the Camino. The town was kinda barebones tho.
We made the mistake of staying here on a Sunday. The Pension Los Arcos is bare bones. The woman who checked us in acted as if it were a bother for her to be there. By 3 everywhere was closed except a couple of bars that heated frozen pizzas. No open grocery. The hotel/hostal had nothing.
VERY DISAPPOINTING - NOT VALUE FOR MONEY 1 Room stuffy as Ceiling fan did not work 2 Outside blinds faulty. Couldn't draw them down to block out the light before going to sleep. Made for a very restless sleep. 3 Shower cradle broken so had to use the shower as a hand held. 4 Filthy bathroom towel left. Called and messaged the property for assistance but received no reply whatsoever. UNACCEPTABLE! It astounds me how this property got a high rating. Worst property on the Camino so far. Don’t bother and move on to another property.
Horrible...room smelt like mould, no blanket only a sheet and the hidden camera above my bed in the light fitting was not a plesant addition to the room....avoid at all costs
Pristine, super warm, absolutely spotless in every front, beautiful bedroom, cosy kitchen facing sunset. It was magical. I loved it.
