Albergue Montoto

This place was squeaky clean, from the dorms to the bathrooms. What a welcome relieve while walking the Camino. And the bunk beds were nicely spaced and NOT too close to each other. Great and friendly staff and CLEAN bedding!!

Best Albergue on my 2900 km Camino. Everything is new, clean, spacious and everyone is soo friendly, helpfull and professional. Due to unforseen circumstances, I stayed here 3 nights and it felt like home from the start. What really saved me from my cramping up leg was the Jacuzzi bathtub! AND you get sheets and a towel. Love it!

Paradise service: the tenant is just so caring about its customers... I had a tendinitis and they went picking me up by car! Super clean. Very big dorms ... even a jacuzzi 😀 Hugs and 1000 thanks!

Sparkling clean, the rare albergue category where you can skip using your sleeping bag :). Two kitchen spaces, well-equipped, laundry machines (detergent not included but a dose can be purchased at the reception!), jacuzzi (wow!), enough bathrooms, friendly service, good location. A bit too 'hotel-like' which creates less of an albergue atmosphere but that's really a minor detail. For food, you can either prepare something there or down the street you'll find a 'menu del dia' place/bar (red terrace covers) which offers good options, for 10 euros.

Absolutely clean and staff are very kind. They enough place to take a rest. All beds have huge space. Excellent.
