We had an excellent stay here, our favorite accomodation along the Camino Primitivo. The staff were excellent and very helpful, but in particular, María Jose. I left my AirPods in the room by accident after check out, and María organized for them to be delivered to the next town we were staying in. She took time out of her day to ensure I got them back. It was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you María. We look forward to staying here again

Ana was suoer helpful as well as friendly, when we were stranded, she sorted a taxi out for us no problem.
We arrived and had to call the girl. It took a little while to get down but a long time to check in. Given how tired we were, I could have done it myself. After 20' he gave us the code to go up to the room, it was the top floor without an elevator. For me that is not a problem but keep in mind that there are two floors. The room was very comfortable and new. Very quiet. No outside noises. The truth is that we would repeat the room. But they should check in online to avoid wasting time.
