This hotel was very cute and comfy. It is in a newly remodeled building, but left the charm of the old architecture. The rooms and bathrooms were very modern and cozy. The only part that was less than ideal was that the hotel does not always have staff at the reception. Mornings and evenings it’s unattended. And even if you text them in the morning, there is Kobe available to reply until later. There is no elevator but also only 2 floors, so not a huge issue. And the only coffee option is a vending style machine in reception. The coffee is gross and the machine will spit at you leaving coffee all over the floor and your feet. The actual hotel and rooms are very nice, but service could have been better.
Excellent guest house on the Camino route. Immaculate condition and incredibly clean. And I received warm welcome. It was nice that they have a coffee machine in the reception... convenient if you want an early coffee before leaving.
Comfortable, clean, and well located (the town church was just a 2mins walk)—though be prepared for a bit of a climb with your bags after a long walk. Luckily, our room was on the 1st floor—phew! You'll be given two codes, for the entrance and room. A nice bonus was being able to log in to our Netflix account on the TV for a cozy movie night. Lorena greeted us warmly upon arrival, even though they were still in the middle of cleaning the rooms. Fortunately, our room was ready for check-in!
We had an excellent stay here, our favorite accomodation along the Camino Primitivo. The staff were excellent and very helpful, but in particular, María Jose. I left my AirPods in the room by accident after check out, and María organized for them to be delivered to the next town we were staying in. She took time out of her day to ensure I got them back. It was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you María. We look forward to staying here again
Highly recommend this place. Great location and great service. They bent over backwards to help us. Room super clean. Great WI-FI. Very nice rooms.
