The hotel is new, clean and very comfortable. I was impressed with the big bathroom, the great beds and pillows. The lady that help us with checking in was amazing!! She even gave us a ride to the restaurant we were going to have dinner at.
I am so glad that i can stay there. The women (reception/co-owner) was the nicest and kindest person i have had met on my Camino, also pretty. With so much positivity. I was there early and still get the Room as soon as posible. Big and Nice that i can regenerate here like never. Prize and position is really the best for services like this. Breakfest included. It really is as good as the reviews suggest. The staff (especially Monica) is so lovely. You feel like you’re at a friends house but with so much privacy. It feels genuine and you feel so well looked after. The rooms are clean and modern and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. Would recommend to everyone!
Walking the Camino de Santiago from Sarria, this place in Melide was the best place we stayed: for welcome, for service, for the room, and for breakfast. Yet at €78 for the two of us it was cheaper than most. The availability and friendly helpfulness of Monica made us feel so welcome. The room was large, modern, well designed and fitted out to a high standard. The laundry room with professional coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer had our clothes washed and dried within an hour. Conscious that they are a kilometer from the centre, and pilgrims are weary, they offered to drive us to the restaurant, and collect us later. We willingly accepted. Hence the location proved no handicap at all, rather the opposite. For breakfast there is a full buffet available for €12, including scrambled eggs and bacon, but one can choose to just have, say toast and coffee, and just pay for that. In summary, this place is worth a detour! We shan't forget it.
After a long walk on the Camino, this hotel was a huge blessing. The room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Most impressive though was the service provided by Monica. I would give her 10 stars if possible. She arranged our meal for the evening and had it delivered to our room. What a treat and appreciated after a very long day. Thank you Monica for taking care of us so well!!
