1 / 5 BED BUGS!!
They are everywhere, in the beds, on the walls, and crawling on our backpacks. Almost everyone woke up in the morning with bites. Usually bed bugs are very discreet and it’s hard to spot one, but we spotted several crawling around in the morning. Don’t go here while they have this problem.
5 / 5 Great facilities. Great price with only €11 per bed. The venue is very spacious. The people who run this hostel are very caring. With such a low price for bed, they still provide kettle, microwave oven, fridge freezer, coffee vending machine, cutlery for customers to use. We really appreciate it 👍🏻
5 / 5 Beautiful and spacious albergue. The top floor has no bunk beds and was a great place to stay on our pilgrimage. Much warmer than most albergues, priced normally with well decorated indoor common areas and a beautiful view. Spacious, clean bathroom. The owners were super friendly and kind. Do recommend.
5 / 5 Wonderful place, clean and bright. Helpful and kind hosts. Dinner was fantastic- best meal I have had so far in Spain. Much appreciated! I’m so glad I came here.
1 / 5 The albergue is run by a woman who has no manners. She mistreated me in a very rude way. I really think they have any clue at all of what is helping pilgrims on the camino. You should DEFINITELY avoid this place.
Besides this, the place is terrible. It has no place to do your own laundry appropriately. Rooms are crowded and you can hear everything as it only has separators, not real walls. Bathrooms are small are far from covering for all the pilgrims they put there. Only one WC!
If you forget anything, they just throw it away, and the put the fault on you, because “you left them on the floor”, when you don’t have any space to hang or keep anything.
More importantly: GO TO ALBERGUE SAN ROQUE. Just the best! And its owner is a super skilled kinesiologist that totally fixed all my pains in my feet and legs.
