Albergue Santa Marina

Very nice Albergue. I shared a three bedroom room private bathroom with friends. Clean, well appointed room, owners thought of everything, somewhere to hand coats and put shoes in room, a kettle and teabags and nice fluffy towels. The beds were very comfortable with no creaks. Dinner was very tasty, a shame they don’t serve breakfast.

The albergue is just outside the city boundary, but still uses the me town address. And I was ready to judge it's distant location off the old fabric of Molinaseca town. But l, wow, it's conditions and what Alfredo does is immaculate. I have a room with the view. And clean comfortable quality room condition makes it almost rural level. Thanks, Alfredo, for your sincerest effort. I feel your passion.

Very good pilgrim albergue in Molinaseca. The structure is new and comfortable: it looks nearly like a small hotel (at least in the common spaces). The rooms are clean and limited to four beds, which is more comfortable than large dormitories, and the lavatories are clean. They also offer the possibility to have both dinner and breakfast (for an extra fee, with acceptable value for money). Service is kind. What we mostly appreciated is their inside garden, where one can read, chat, hang out the laundry, breathe and relax in the evening.

Wonderful stay at this albergue. Very quiet setting on the edge of town (which also gives you a head start on the next day’s walking). Friendly personnel, also enjoyed playing with the dog when I got back from dinner in town. But the best part was I accidentally left my walking sticks there and they were able to send them on to meet me down the road! Thank you!

Decent beds, linen and rugs provided and only EUR 10.. But only 1 dinner option available. Also, now that it is just the other side of Molinaseca - you will have to retract your steps some 10min back into town, for some authentic Spanish food
