Great location beside the river. No lift so had to carry my bag up one level Lovely staff very helpful and apologetic that the restaurant next door was closed. No aircon but a fan.
This hotel is a gem. Rooms are spacious, affordable, very carefully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The person at the front desk in both the evening and morning were kind and professional. And the hotel has bike storage in the front entry that is secure. I would gladly stay here again and would advise others to stay here without caveat. I had a similar impression of the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.
Expensive, service was slow, food was cold, waited about 10 minutes as the only person at the bar just to try and pay for the food whilst being ignored by the guy behind the bar. Didn't stay so not sure about the rooms, but I don't recommend the food. Location by the bridge was excellent.
Busy time of year, no parking when we arrived but we were able to park closer to hotel later in the evening. A/c was VERY welcome on this warm day in August. Clean room, comfortable beds, large bathroom, good restaurants close by. Beautiful and historic city. Definitely recommend...but would stay away during high tourist season next visit. Beautiful but busy!
