Such a great place to stay right off the Camino de Santiago. Beautiful house, perfect rooms and bathrooms, it feels very regal. For pilgrims it's best to be walking on the right side of the road and follow the sign down the steps before you cross the bridge. The picture should be helpful. Slide the big pink door open and step into the Oasis!
We spent one night here and loved it. We arrived quite late, but the owners were still there to assist us with check-in. The room was quite big, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay pleasant and peaceful. IMPORTANT: Finding the exact road to the hotel can be challenging as part of it doesn't appear on the map. The map will likely direct you near Restaurante O Tangueiro. Once you see the restaurant, keep it on your right and continue straight. After approximately 100 meters, you'll see a sign on your right that leads to the hotel. If you still have trouble finding the way, I highly recommend calling the hotel for assistance.
Very nice host and clean accomodation. Rooms are comfy, with everything you need. Location is quite far from city centre but very near to the airport - 8-10m by car. Restaurant with tasty local food is 2 mins by walk. Recomended!
Along the Camino Walk you stay in a variety of accommodations, and you hope you can stay in the ULTIMATE place. I stayed in such a place at the end of my pilgrimage in Santiago. The hosts Susanna and Richard cannot do enough to help you have the best visit. I recommend THIS OASIS to everyone if possible. It is a private location in a parklike location but close to all conveniences. Bé sure to SLIDE the PINK DOOR.
