The volunteers keep this massive albuerge very neat. The rules are strict, but adhering to them guarantees a comfortable stay. It’s clean, quite spacious, has a kitchen and a fine common area.

Hostel in a strategic location, accessible with a minimum donation of €6. The hosts are very friendly and helpful volunteers, the beds are comfortable and well spaced... it’s definitely worth more than the minimum €6 required to access it. Highly recommended.
The best part of this place is that you are right in front of the river. The worst part is the bathrooms quite cramped. Kinda small with wood floors and they do offer free tea and coffee. It also has a kitchen with everything you need to cook something with a fridge to store your food.
6 euros, one of the cheapest albergue you can get, but NO HOT WATER at one of the men shower room!! Also, the kitchen was locked until 7am… pilgrims start walking at 5 or 6 am! What if your stuff is still in the fridge??? Such a stupid rule, and they didn’t even tell you when you checked in neither written on the sign!
