4 / 5 I stayed one night here. The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable but a little short for tall folks. The TV was tiny and the shower curtain didn't stop water from getting on the bathroom floor.
There was a burned out light bulb in my room but when I brought this to the attention of the manager he brushed me off saying there were other lights in the room.
There was only one wall outlet in the room.
4 / 5 The short-stay accommodation was quite good, considering the price offered. The room was simple, with a private bathroom (recently renovated) and a small TV with plenty of channels. The bed was quite comfortable and there was a small table (like a desk).
The staff was attentive, in my case; I had some technical issues with that room, and they resolved them without any problem. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and everything was as agreed upon in the previous reservation.
There is a restaurant/bar on the lower floor with a selection of everything (depending on your time of arrival). The building, while not the most modern, meets basic expectations. Its location is right next to the bus station (Terminal del Pueblo), and it is also quite central to the town, where the villa is a good place to take a walk.
As SUGGESTIONS: a little more general cleaning, the possibility of covered parking, and improved maintenance (in my case, the lack of such "sanitation" maintenance was noticeable in that room, as was the lack of lighting).
Also, importantly, there's a curtain in the shower area; and for hygiene reasons, a screen is preferable to that "plastic" curtain (KEEP IN MIND!!).
In short, for short stays and depending on the current price, it could be an affordable option without aspiring to "great luxuries."
BEST BEFORE!
1 / 5 Restaurant Opinion... Very bad. Weekend menu doesn't include fish among the main course options... cold food (even the fries!)... meat so tough we had to leave it on the plate... other options on the weekend menu were meatballs and industrial croquettes, and the pork loin came with a sauce that not even the waiter could tell us what it was... Dessert had little variety and limited quantities of what they had... (we couldn't all choose the same dessert because there wasn't any)...
The only thing that saved the situation would be the waiters... until we complained... then their expressions changed... a second waiter had to come over to apologize... but they weren't kind enough.
Best not to repeat! Candidate to appear on TV with Chicote.
5 / 5 Very well located, next to the bus station. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a route for sightseeing. The room was simple and clean. The breakfast was complete. Good accommodation for pilgrims walking the French Way, as they have reasonable prices.
1 / 5 Terrible service. It couldn't be worse. The staff's attention was zero. Our room wasn't cleaned, and no one was ever at reception to voice our complaint. We went to the restaurant for dinner, and even though there was no one there, they didn't serve us. We filed a complaint, and they didn't care at all about us. They couldn't care less that we were uncomfortable. They advertise themselves as a 3-star hotel, but it's actually a 1-star hotel. We left a day early because there wasn't even air conditioning, and they haven't refunded our last night's money. Even though we paid for breakfast, they wouldn't let us have breakfast in the dining room. Disgraceful. I don't recommend it at all.
