I stayed here on August 30, 2024. The accommodations themselves are ok for the Camino. The man at the front desk did not speak any English, and he exploded at us multiple times for simple misunderstandings. We didn’t know the beds were assigned, and we came back with our stuff in a pile on the floor. He also screamed at someone in my group until she cried. At night, he stormed into the room and asked to count the beds. There were misunderstandings, but he refused to try to communicate over google translate. He just continued to yell. He was indignant and rude. I will never stay here again.
Wonderful municiple Albergue. No frills, easy check in, clean, good pilgrim atmosphere (when I was there at least). Full kitchen if needed (did not use). Great location right next to square (with bar) and church. 5 stars as it is perfect for what it is.
A particularly nice hostel, with a wide, clean kitchen, warm water, natural light in the rooms and, above all, an awesome attention given by volunteers who are also pilgrims themselves (thus, they can give you a piece of advice). Thank you very much.
I very unpleasant experience. The man in the reception had a very bad behaviour, screaming at a lady who had taken the wrong bed. He started to throw her things on the floor. I vill not recommend this Albergue!
