The person who welcomed us and prepared our room was lovey, understanding and accommodating as well as very generous with us pelegrins. Highly recommend for a cozy rest!
If you want to be welcomed like family and cared for by the camino’s most delightful host, stay here with Tatiana. ‘Tati’ met me at the door, led me to a chair in her famous restaurant, poured me a beer, called me ‘cariño’, and asked about my day. The albergue is simple, super clean, and has great showers. The huge elevated back terrace is an amazing spot to take your coffee or wine while your socks dry in the sun. In the morning Tati waived away the menu and just asked what I’d like for breakfast. Perfect location but you have to look to find it. The name is new, and the sign is still subtle. It’s next door to Restaurant Sala, which Tati also runs. Say hi to Tati for me…
Tatiana gave us a warm welcome after a long day of walking, and with such hospitality, you instantly feel at home. There’s a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy a beer in the sun. The rooms and bathrooms have everything you could need. The food was exceptional—easily the best I’ve had on my Camino. Thank you, Tatiana, for being such a kind and thoughtful host!!
This was by far the best meal we had on the Camino. Amazing food and service! We planned on just having an appetizer because we had a late lunch somewhere else in town (that was also good) but we ended up staying for here because the food was so amazing we just had to try more! The owners were lovely people that really now how to show guests they are welcome! If you only have one meal in town, it should be here! *We did not stay at the albergue, but have heard good things about it as well.
I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Tati is such a caring person and everyone I met that day felt compelled to say it. The day I stayed here she had a larger crowd than usual, yet she managed to make everyone feel very special. This was by far my most memorable stay in "el camino". Thank you, Tati, and thanks to the tireless, inseparable ladies that stuck with you for hours and hours to make sure us pilgrims were cared for. Tati is the perfect example of selflessness, and she shows that to every person that steps in her doorway after a long walk.
