Loved our stay here! The rooms were super clean and well-kept. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Perfect spot to relax — I’d definitely come back + the host is soooo kind and sweet ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I recommend it 100%

€65 for us for a twin room. No problems with remote checking in and the cleanliness was good. It did have quite small rooms. The main issue was the soundproofing was very poor. We were in room 2 which is by the entrance and my bed was 1m away from the people walking through as they came and went. We went for this due to its central location but the town itself is very small so I’d suggest going for somewhere else due to the noise.

Room was small and not what I anticipated. Check in process was not well orchestrated. Struggled to contact at check in and then they wanted to put us up in a different location. We spoke to another couple by chance at a near by restaurant and they were relocated after having confirmation. So I suspect they are overbooking and then shifting guests to another location at checkin. Overall experience I would not stay here again.

I've made my booking in June already , but they told me that there was no room before few hours booking.com would charge my payment, and they said they find me another hotel. I asked them if the room they found is clean or not, they said it is "super clean" . Unfortunately ,there was a bed bug in the hotel they found for me. So i ask them to pay me back, but the new hotel only wanted to give me 65 euro, but my order was 97 euro. Which means, ACUBILLO not only couldn't provide me the original booking, but also served me a lower level room so they could earn the profit. This was clearly not honest. Although they found me another new albergue which was cleaner than the first one, they still earned some difference from me. And the most important thing was that we felt so anxious during the moment of uncertainty .

Super place on the way of st. James ! Clean rooms and perfect location.
