We didn't get any sleep at this albergue. The rooms are above a noisy bar and you also hear doors slamming all night. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. And to top it off, the shower pressure is just a trickle. The only advantage is the price but you get what you pay for.
I did not stay at the Albergue but the bar is great. Open on Sunday morning and served me a Bacon and Pork sandwich which was delicious. Authentic España.
Thank you Jose for your gracious and kind hospitality. The glasses of wine and pintos we enjoyed were affordable and very delicious after a long walk on the Camino. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you!!! 😊
good location! good price! very kind! clean! 1 floor cafe&bar-all food is good(If you order beer, you get free clam+chickpeas soup and bread, and it's really delicious!!!) 2 floor bed room(clean bed+big towel+warm and clean blanket+Bright interior with windows, There was a dehumidifier, so the laundry dried quickly.)
Genuinely don't understand the positive reviews. Our worst stay in more than 3 weeks on the Camino. It's like someone just decided to chuck some bunks above a noisy bar and call it an albergue to cash in on the crowds. Lukewarm water in push button showers with no ability to control temp. 1 dirty bathroom/toilet/shower for ~10 people, so never unoccupied. Rooms are cold with no heating, just a dehumidifier to keep out damp. No common area or place to sit but the aforementioned bar, which was full of locals when we were there so no space for pilgrims. Not a great experience overall.
