The worst place I’ve stayed at on the Camino. There is no receptionist when you arrive . Apparently one receives a WhatsApp text with the code into the building and room. Has it dawned on the brilliant owner of this place what happens when a tired traveler doesn’t have WhatsApp much less access to the Internet ??? I was finally rescued at the door by a kind young man who called the owner and she sent me my codes (one of which still did NOT work). The location is outside of town which means you have to walk back to get a bite after you arrive from the walk . There is NO hot water in the morning . Definitely not worth staying here.
Well needed break away from the dormitories. Had all we needed from a tiring day in the rain. Heating, private shower, clean towels and warm blankets. Very modern with keypads to enter the building and the room. No need to see physical person. Modern, clean shower with hairdryer and amenities. Hanger to hang our clothes. Plug points near the bed. Slept like a baby. To note - there are no kitchen facilities or kettles. Sound from the hallway was very audible from the rooms but I passed out during the night and didn't wake up from any noises. The only irritation was that I booked through agoda and the virtual receptionist wanted a photo of my passport for verification but the app blocked out their email address or phone number for security reason. Managed to get their number on the website and sort it out. There is a 8 euro breakfast buffet until 9am.
I think the room is very new but the restaurant is so old
No value to pay for this pricing . No any facility, not convenience to go to the city and pricing is same as Palas de rei.
Too expensive for quality 😪 I think 🤔 €55 is enough....
