The hotel is pretty bleak and my old tired room faced into a small internal airshaft with scaffolding. The front of the building is currently covered with scaffolding and netting so there's not much to view from these windows either. There's no receptionist in the building and you need to go to the bar across the road for the keys and registration. The barman was friendly and assisting.

Our room had black mold in it, and had a pungent scent. We woke up feeling very sick, and that’s when we found the mold, located by the (seemingly) non-functioning radiator. See the attached photo. We have left another review documenting the mold, but still have yet to be contacted by the business about the issue. Would avoid this place if possible.

We had a private double room. It was quite small, but efficient and very clean. The bathroom was about as large as the bedroom. The shower worked well but we could have used a mop to clean up the water on the floor. The restaurant staff was very helpful getting us checked in. The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

Very central location, market days are great - fresh fruit, cheese etc, coffee is strong and there is lots of good food nearby. Room itself is quite small, with small wc. Can get very noisy if you're trying to sleep.

Very small room, with two beds there was hardly room to walk around them. The room was also a bit on the shabby side, definitely in need of an update. There was an air conditioner in the room but it requires a remote control to operate it. There was no remote in the room. I had to leave the window open all night in an attempt to cool off.
