The rooms are great and the food is excellent but I was most impressed by the courteous and helpful staff. This is the best experience we have had so far Buen Camino!
After mass at 8 pm, I wanted to eat dinner. The menu del dia is advertised as being available till 9:30pm, yet I was told it wasn't available. Poor form.
Very fine Spanish omelette, quick service and busier than the others at 13:30. Not expensive
No available menu today but I ordered what was on the list anyway. Mixed salad (ensalata mxta) and grilled pork chop with fries (chuleta de cerdo).
Awesome place to have dinner. Stopped here tonight and it was an excellent experience. I like that it was a fixed menu with various choices. The place was packed so we sat in the bar area. The bartender was great, and warned us that because the restaurant was full we might have to wait a while for the food. Nothing but respect for honest staff at restaurants like that. In the end we didn't have to wait long at all. The beer on tap was excellent after a long day's walk and the food hit the spot! Highly recommended.
