Don't believe bad reviews. They have to deal with tired and grumpy pilgrims. Much respect to them. Quiet part of town. Nice room, spacious. Great shower, comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning. Friendly hosts. Perfect after a long Camino day.
The staff doesn't speak English and are VERY unfriendly and not helpful at all. The rooms are very small and is not close to what they advertise. We had a double booking and had someone to take over the room but the staff didn't want to assist in the matter. Very disappointed.
Location is good, close to everything. The lady who checked me in was very nice. My room and common place are very clean. The hotel is on a slope overlook the valley, my room was on first floor, I can view sunrise, so good to start a day with. Definitely recommended and go back next time.
I was not initially impressed with the €90 price tag. However this double pension room is extremely comfortable. It is the size of a small apartment, no kitchen but extremely modern and spacious. Good bed, good staff. Difficult to find the check in, as there is no reception desk, it is at the bar downstairs. The only reason it is not five star is because it cost me more than Paris or Toledo.
Stayed here one night. It was ok basic enough which we didn't mind as it was cheap. The room was noisy and has very thin walls between rooms . You can hear everything from other rooms and was difficult to sleep with doors banging ,talking and later very loud snoring. We had the pilgrim menu in cafe and it was fine. Was glad to be back on Camino next day!
