We arrived in Portomarín after our first day on the Camino de Santiago and were very tired. We asked at our hotel for a place to have lunch, and they recommended this restaurant. We loved it so much that we went back for dinner! The food was spectacular and the service excellent. We especially loved the lentil soup, and we also tried the octopus, padrón peppers, and several other dishes. Highly recommended!
Excellent food! One of the best menu that I’ve eaten during the Camino. Descent prices and portions! Don’t think it twice. Also the balcony is very nice.
Best place to eat in Portomarin. Food was tasty, well seasoned . Garbanzos with callos was super delish and the Bacalao was perfectly cooked. I thought they would give me a glass of wine but they gave me a small pitcher!
Splendid lunch on the Pilgrim menu! Friendly staff. Big portions. They even tweaked my order to accommodate me as a vegetarian. Our waitress worked with my poor Spanish in a charming way and clearly could have done the whole thing in English. Highly recommended
Friendly staff, great taste. Was recommended by our hotel. Service is good, we arrived around 8pm and starting to get busy, but our orders were served promptly. Thank you
