One of the best on the Camino. Spacious room, huge bathroom. Clean and cozy. Fire on a cold rainy day was very welcome. And some of the best food I had. Their own take on a caprese salad was delicious. But the star was the peppercorn sauce main. I have had plenty of lackluster pilgrim menus-- this was not one. Very welcoming hosts. Thankyou Santiago and Humberto. I was sad to leave.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Rectoral de Lestedo while we were walking the Camino. The atmosphere was so peaceful and magical and all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were accompanied by our Labrador, who was also warmly welcomed. The food in the restaurant was first class and the customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend.
Best stop on my Camino! What a gem. The staff are so friendly and made me feel right at home. Mike even gave me the history of the land and local tips that most pilgrims miss. The rooms and living room/library are stunning! I stayed in the family cottage and got the best night of sleep, so peaceful. The food is delicious, home baked with local ingredients. So grateful I found this amazing place to recharge. Buen Camino

This is a gem of the Camino. Just 4k short of Palas de Rei, this oasis offers a break from the bustle of the Camino. Food is great and the service is friendly and warm. This is your must stop place along the way!
