So, this is complicated. They are clearly a really good restaurant that also has rooms for rent and that's what the high rating seems to be about. The care they take in the restaurant is obvious in the flavor and local clientele who flock here for lunch and dinner. However, be aware, it's next to a noisy road and the locals will be enjoying themselves late into the night, so if you're a sensitive pilgrim, it may not be for you. Furthermore, the rooms are not very nice. It smelled bad and was not very clean. Hairs on the bathroom walls, stains on the sheets (I slept in my sleeping bag atop the comforter), and the floors had not been swept. I used to be a touring musician and have slept in some funky places, so I made the best of it, but for the price, I wish I had just continued to walk to León. The gentleman who checked me in and waited on me at the bar were very nice and accommodating, but the guy in the glasses was quite rude. Food was good, though...

As pilgrims walking the Camino, we had looked forward to a private room here as a well-earned treat. Unfortunately, it ended up being a rather disappointing experience. If you’re a tourist who enjoys staying up late, this property might suit your needs. However, for pilgrims who sleep early and rise early, I’d recommend caution. Our room faced the rear courtyard, and on a hot night when we needed the windows open, we were kept awake by dogs barking for hours, loud arguments from the kitchen staff, and the clatter of bins being emptied well past midnight. It was still noisy at 12:10am, which is not ideal for those needing rest. The facilities are generally clean and well presented, which we appreciated. However, our toilet was blocked when we arrived and couldn’t be used. Despite reporting it early in the afternoon, no plumber was called, and we were instead provided with a bucket. Also worth noting: the swimming pool, which is listed as one of the property’s main features, is currently drained and unusable. This may matter to guests hoping to cool off after a long day’s walk. In hindsight, we wish we had moved on to another place. While others may have a different experience, for fellow pilgrims looking for a peaceful night’s rest, this may not be the best choice.

We stayed here walking through camino. Very noisy and lots of car and truck goes by all the time. As for cleanliness average. In all I do not think it worth 55 euro for a room.
