Search no more and forget a rest day in Burgos. March a few more Kilometers to this slice of heaven for your rest day. We didn’t know what to expect from this small town, but when we checked in we were amazed by the incredibly friendly owner and staff. Food is incredible but the room and room patio was something out of Hollywood. The house villa we reserved was seriously surreal. By far best place we’ve stayed at since we started our Camino in St Jean. AN ABSOLUTE MUST STAY!!! Again, hands down best place so far we’ve stayed at. Thanks for an incredible stay, will never forget it.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation a 3 days before my stay. I was aware that the cancellation policy required I forfeit the full cost of my room but was hopeful that due to the nature of circumstances, they might approve my request to waive the fee. I knew the hotel was booked out around my stay, but tried to change my route to allow for a shift in the date of reservation, to no avail. My review is not reflective of the hotel sticking to their policy, rather in relation to customer service and lack of pilgrimme spirit, experienced so beautifully in other places along the journey.
All of the staff were so kind and thoughtful. Quaint simple accommodations. Dinner was excellent.
Great spot to stop for a bite, coffee, or a drink. The bocadillos were delicious and the service was super friendly.
Had a situation where i lost my earphones, i thought that someone took my earphones, but we find out that it was my fault. I apologize for wasting people's time and making a scene.
