I visited the restaurant for a dinner. They have good selection of warm meals, including vegetarian variants. I had vegetarian paella, with fried eggs and fresh salad. That was really nice exception while walking on Camino del Santiago, where most restaurants ignore vegetarians. Fuente de Rabé serves such "platos combinados" for dinner starting from 6 pm. The service was very kind and the restaurant is clean and tidy.
Clean! Fan and window screen in room. Nice. But, still warm, even on a cool summer day. Wonderful staff. Excellent with cell phones for translation. Good dinner. Adequate chair. Shower a little too small for a grown man.
We have a short walk from Burgos and stay at Hostal Fuente de Rabé for one night, friendly family business, they are generous. Food is very good. Room is very clean and spacious. Highly recommend for Camino.
Amazing hostel! The staff and village people are so friendly and welcoming, which is really refreshing because sometimes that is not the case with small villages. The food is delicious band everything is really well priced . We will be visiting again :-)
Hidden little gem on the Camino! Started my trip today and booked this spot and was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Had the 3 course menu and it was so cheap mandatory so filling. The food itself was delicious...Vegetable Paella wasn't bad but the meatballs were supreme and clearly a family recipe ( highly recommended). Washed down with local beer, the owner even put the football on for me. Place was clean and a great 1st night and lovely sleep. All closed off wt 10pm.
