Just had a great pilgrim's menu at the restaurant part of the albergue. My better half had veggie soup as starter and I had fish soup. Both were Fantaaaastic. Main dish, pork was also VERY good. More than the great tasting food, what impressed me most was the service and attention given by the owner (I assume). Next time I do Camino Frances, I will try to have dinner here again.
This was a wonderful stop along the camino - paid a little more to get the single beds on the top floor - so pretty, peaceful, and confortable. Chargers near every bed, hot clean showers, laundry facilities, and a lovely terrace. The staff were incredibly fun and helpful. Great food - as a Texan i can even say that the pulled pork sandwich was delish! An oasis for a tired pilgrim.
I walked the camino francés in September 2025 and arrived in Reliegos from Calzadilla de los Hermanillos on route to Mansilla de las Mulas. Stopped to have a coffee and soft drink. The staff in the albergue were very nice . I would recommend this Albergue for sure.
I ate the worst pilgrim's set meal ever. The dishes were gone. They changed the dishes for us privately. The food was very perfunctory. I felt very bad after eating this in a tiring day. I suspected that they treated us differently and drove us away at 8:30pm and said they would close the door. The attitude is very bad.
Excellent aubergue. Clean, great staff. Good showers and toilets. Superb value for a double room at only 40 euros.
