(I urge you to ignore the old negative reviews- they’re from years ago!) Bea and her family took great care of us. We’re pilgrims who opted for a private room- very hot water, a roomy shower and bathroom, and very comfortable beds. We had dinner here and it was the best food we’ve had yet on the Camino. We got the garlic chicken which came with fries and a salad- absolutely out of this world!! The cheesecake was also dynamite incredible. Everything we smelled seemed delicious, even the broccoli. a fellow pilgrim said it was the best fish she ever had! We walked from Sahagun today and ended here, then next stage is into Leon. I recommend staging it this way, the walks are not too long or too short, plus you get to stay here!! 10/10 recommend Bea also went out of her way to call her manicurist to book me an appointment for tomorrow in Leon, what service!!

Bea is one of the most wonderful host in the Camino de Santiago if you are passing by Reliagos you have to stop here!!! She is amazing and everything she does is just of kindness a real Camino host! A woman who does what she does with passion and humility!! She has been one of our highlight of the Camino!!Buen Camino!!

Fantastic food amazing value for money and great service. The pork knuckle and home made chips are the best!

I only had dinner in the restaurant, so I cannot say anything about thr rooms. But the restaurant was fabulous! We went with 6 people (pelgrims) and were treated to the most friendly service and most delicious meal of the whole camino. 4 of us had the pollo al ajillo, which was so juicy and rich, and one person took the lasagna and the salad with cheese because he was very hungry. He finished everything so fast and we were all full and happy. The lady serving and the cook are so genuinely friendly and love what they do. Go there for dinner you will not be disappointed!!

overall, better in reality than what prior reviews made me believe Albergue: -check in starting 1pm w moderate wait within attached restaurant which i heard just reopened today -15€ bunk bed w/ pillow, sheet, blanket provided. room/bathroom seems very clean -6 ppl + 1 bathroom + heating in room though seems weak -very quiet -no kitchen (host said if id like to heat smth up, i can borrow their microwave in the attached restaurant) -some water leakage from shower onto bathroom floor, host made aware -room light seems to turn off automatically every so often / turns back on with motion -wifi is okay, worked from my bunk bed for most of the night Restaurant -28€ got us 2 beers, 2 chicken soups, 1 hot chocolate and 1 plate of (delicious) chicken that comes with salad, bread, and potato chips. this restaurant meal was much better value than any "pilgrim meal" ive had and i didnt even have to leave my albergue -while non english speaking, very friendly hosts who seem to know the locals well. as pilgrims, it was nice to see locals getting together and brightening the atmosphere of the restaurant -not open for breakfast it seems
